The project is a thermal power plant connected to a electric generator. The supercapacitor energy storage system is frequency modulated (distributed) . The EMS system collects PT and CT parameters of the power grid bus, the PCS is actively controlled to charge/discharge the supercapacitor system to realize fast discharge and adjust the frequency of the power grid.
